Success for every young Portlander.
Too many of Portland’s young people drop out of school. Too many are on the streets. Too many don’t have the resources, skills, or connections to continue their education or get a meaningful job.
Connected By 25 harnesses the energy of Portland citizens to connect every young person to school, work and community by the age of 25. An initiative of the Portland Schools Foundation, Connected by 25 represents a coalition of dozens of groups committed to success for all our youth.
